It happened this chapter, probably as a result of the spell backfiring or something. When she starts to activate the spell ("Farewell Finris, Farewell Toru"), she's still clothed (its a shot from behind her shoulder, but you can see her stockings and one of her sleeves, at the very least). Then, after her dumbfounded pause when nothing happens, all of the shots show her as nude, so it most likely happened during the spell casting itself.
