It seriously depends, at that depth you won't even get decompression sickness, YOU don't even get it unless you're actually using a scuba suit, EG oxygen, nitrogen, decompression sickness happens because the gases you're inhaling are a different pressure than the ones outside so when you start going back up they expand and ur fucked, but the lungs and organs can get squished no problem. So in my opinion unless they're being dragged down to like over 50 meters up and down they will still be fine(mostly)

Nah 10 meters won't do too much to your body, at most burst your ear drums but other than that nothing much, now if it was over 50 meters maybe but even then he'd still live
