the grandfather is most likely at the peak stage im more saying that because it would make sense for transcendent to do the body recreation. he may be in the middle of the transcendent stage seeing his mastery over his weapon but hasnt fully gotten to the point of the body reforging stuff more saying this because its brought up and shown his qi with some of his attacks along with him being known as a high ranking person

probably around 6'6 or something like that at most 7ft since thats more realistic and it fits with him being shorter.
