There are a ton of changes. They shortened all that happened before with major changes. The tone change is the most noticeable. There's more comedic gags(basically back to the way the story used to do it). Yes it's worth rereading.

It's been almost a year.

From time to time, the story is revised because the one making it feels like he could do better(as in he could have put more effort in) or the story flow feels off. This happened at least 7 times before this. The chapters usually have at least one of these; added scene, design change, story rewrite, art improvement (add more if I missed something). It's best to reread starting 2 chapters before the revised chapters. I'm going to go see if anything changed. I think I know the reason why it took so long to update.
