1. I allow myself to be happy
2. I'm allowed to make mistakes
3. I only do the things I may
4. I'm eliminating the words "have to" and must out of my life.
5. I will do the things which I can live with the consequences of my action and inaction. (Hardest one)
Then you only need to listen to your heart or stomach and it will lead you to your happiness.
