imo some faces kinda "very" photorealistic which is kinda weird to me,i cant read the character mood at all. i knew some manga like I Used High-Level Medicine to Counter Magic have its own photorealistic style. but is this style became norm in manga ? can it be called manga anymore ?

in nutshell, ura de scan is uncensored one while rithar scan is cencored. i just check mangadex, theres 2 different scanlation team doing this manga (with 2 different digital copy probably). edit: myself just stop reading at chp 8 cuz i wait releases from ura de scan ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
