So from what I understand, there is a fangirl who dates all of the band members and then they're all fighting and the girl end up dead so she cursed them into having monstrous face. The band need to play a song during the ritual to undo the curse while they're all suffering in pain and then the ghost girl asks for encore making the band continue in more pain so I suppose it's bad ending for the band. Meanwhile, Hama who realised the identity of the band end up affected because she's also the fan of them. The monk mentioned the stage staff will not be affected if they're not related but yeah Hama is a fan and she's also facing the ghost girl end up her being affected...
