The powers that be have thus decided that it is more important to ensure her safety and maintain stability by having her succeed the throne as queen in order to halt political turmoil caused by those lusting after the throne and the captured princess is now offered as a prize to whoever can manage the task which is, in my opinion at least, essentially them saying they have given up on her and are putting out this big bounty that they don't actually expect anyone to be capable of fulfilling in order to save face and make it look like they didn't just throw her away. Minserbel, refusing to simply give up on her beloved family, leaves a regiment of people small enough to be ignored by the politically minded royal parliament in a desperate bid to save the poor captured girl, of whom our dependable protagonist has been made a member of after earning the trust and respect of those around him. Will they be able to overcome insurmountable odds and save the princess held captive by eldritch horrors whose goal is yet unknown? Will the MC be able to get a waifu and become king or will he be led astray by the cliche tsundere mage chara who looks like a dude? Will i be able to overcome NNN!? Find out NEXT TIME on DRAGON BALL Z!!!!! Not the NNN tho we all already know how that's gonna turn out.

That's just this artists style, it was the same with blame and sidonia as well. the technical quality of the art is actually superb but many are easily turned off by its scratchy nature

i actually disagree, he already has one that is more than strong enough for the foreseeable future and it has already been stated that while the odds are low, there is a chance at being cursed with a devil card. Speaking practically, selling the card is actually not a bad choice in his situation and even if he does decide to use it in the end the decision is final so there is no harm in taking time to really think about his options and make sure he's making the best decision considering how important it is.

Think of it like this, would you rather have a really strong servant or a million dollars? that's literally his dilemma right now.

i couldn't really stay into iruma after the introduction of dark iruma and the contrast of just how much better of a MC that was in comparison to the beta boy he usually is, but that's not an issue here because ichi is pretty badass. Good series.

All they would really need to do is make it clear that when bringing in a surplus of materials that far exceeds the norm that there would be an inspection period required and could then set a date for however long that period would take. Them getting all pissy over doing what is literally their job is highly unprofessional and immature and the mc has every right to put them in their place for complaining about him literally bringing in their entire paychecks on his back single handedly not the other way around.

i like real incest in stories when they take seriously just how taboo it is rather than attempt to mitigate it by acting like nothing bad is happening. I wanna see a story tackle incest in a way that really causes a lot of friction in the family and friend groups and doesn't hold back the pain of it all.

as of chapter 34 this has basically become a comedy in an alternate jojo meets death note universe where everyone is fighting to prove how much more of a scumbag POS they are over everyone else. If you like totally absurd over the top bullshit devoid of morality or common sense then this is for you.

So I just finished reading the latest chapter 63 and just feel compelled to write a little something to process how i feel about it all. First of all this is an incredible manga that will easily pass underneath a lot of peoples radar due to the simple looking art style and unknown author but my god is this a ride for those who take the time to experience it.

First of all understand that the simple art is a deliberate choice by the author that immediately plays into the deceptively peaceful nature of much of the story that takes place inbetween events and is in no way indicative of a lack of skill on the artists part, especially in regards to the artists ability to express the emotions that the character are feeling through their expressions. A picture says a thousand words as they say, only here they manage it in a single panel. The art and the way the story initially plays out disarms those who read it as though to deceive them into thinking they were reading some bittersweet romcom. This is not a comedy. Rather, I'm amazed at the artists ability to so seamlessly shift from normalcy to the imperceptively uncanny and horrifying. Without going into too much detail you will be reading without any major issues popping up for some time, and with the simple and cute art style being what it is, you naturally feel lulled into a false sense of comfort. However just before you truly settle into it something happens that you think feels a little off but isn't so bad to grab you're attention too much.

Until it is and it does.

That being said one thing that i personally love about this but feel could be what many don't like is the events taking place have a true sense of realism to them, both in the sense of supernatural events and personal relationships. What this means is that things are not exaggerated so much in this as they often are in media but that only makes it more oppressive when it sinks in that the things depicted here are such that real people could really be experiencing them. Particularly when you get to the mid 50's chapter wise some of the abuse there hits pretty close to home for me personally albeit not to the degree depicted.

Story 9/10 great build up with subtle hints. Story isn't finished yet tho so we'll see if it manages to stick the landing.

art 8/10 despite it's simplicity the art works together with the story to set the perfect atmosphere and later on you'll see the artist is capable of far more than what initially appears.

characters 10/10 As you progress you will find that the characters are all incredibly emotionally realistic and authentic. Can't find anything negative to say here.

pacing 7/10 It's not a big deal reading it all at once but there are some small stretches where it does feel like more could be happening. Waiting for updates is the killer for this one.

overall 9/10 It's just really good.

i've read through about half of whats out now and how are chapters 1-7 any less bizarre than 8+? i honestly can't tell what tipped it over the edge for you at that point.

I'm actually getting a little annoyed by the modern day andrew tate mindset that going out of your way to help a female is "simping" or white knighting. As far as I'm concerned even if this is simping, it's only a negative if he's doing it for a brainless/narcissistic/entitled thot who obviously would never care about him anyway. THEN he would deserve to be mocked. But that's not the case and the person he's trying to help genuinely cares about him and vice versa and is a decent human being deserving of that help. The issue is not a black and white question of gender but about discerning when a woman is deserving of your efforts.
