Tbf, at least not having a libido is somewhat realistic.The sense of time passing in this manga is a bit cooky but as far as we're concerned the dude has been on edge fighting for his life (aside from the small village building arc) the entire time nonstop.

Nah, it's good that he's thinking and suspecting him. If he wasn't then they wouldnt feel like proper characters.It's also better hearing all his thoughts rather than having some flash back later on that tries to compile all of his thoughts in order.

In a sense but I mean more of a sense that the outsider and us included aren't in on it. Despite the fact we have read so many stories, whilst reading it from the outsiders perspective we just see an absolutely perfect person with our fault in the slightest and we experience being on the other side of that fully, no extra knowledge

This story has done. Agree job with the concept I do agree, but his first three days consisted of him being an absolute genius capable of learning things by just looking at it once. It's really fascinating to think about, I don't think I've ever read a story that quite follows from an outsiders perspective that sees all this happen.
