For those who didn't read Geno's storied here's a lengthendled version 4 years ago Geno's was a regular human being until he was around the age of 15 or so the life Geno's lived had been peaceful and he had been relatively happy with his family in this horrible cruel world, but one day a loose cyborg had attacked Geno's town and killed his family, and destroyed everything the town, the parks, the schools and even Geno's own home. Genos believes an error during his body modification process generated an irregularity in his brain. It was only due to a miracle the Genos himself was able to survive, afterall he was just a weak 15 year old boy at the time, but luckily professor kuseno had found on his journey to stop this insane cyborg. Genos asked the professor to modify his body so that Geno's may hope to one day take revenge against the cyborg that killed his family. After professor kuseno modified him he had be reborn as a cyborg who would seek out justice for his murdered family and he promised kuseno that he would kill that cyborg

He was 19 years old and rambling(mistranslation?) from place to place, and on his journey he would do his best to exterminate evil. Genos had already defeated countless monster and evil organizations. What you also need to realize is that they almost always balance these materials by making them rare and not something to make a giant airship out even if the material weighed nothing you would still need a lot of it

I doubt they would have a material significantly lighter than air that is either strong on its own or so light that it can carry people and a layer of armor

Well the only option for an airship I can think of is a hydrogen balloon or something similar however there's a huge problem with hydrogen it catches fire very easily and this is a world full of mages and even if it was utilizing hydrogen then it would still likely use cloth in which case fire is still an issue

You can't just move faster to prevent a bell from ringing the bell rings because when you move the ball inside the bell isn't given your momentum and so it stays still and the walls of the bell hit the ball causing the bell to ring so just moving faster will still make the bell ring
