I think the plot was similar, but at some point there's a girl with a curse and to remove it, the MC has to defeat this huge serpent like dragon who is in charge of curses or something. I think they were fighting underground in some sort of large room or cave. Any ideas?

This is the official English translation from Manga Up which has 46.1 chapters currently, so I guess each month they drop a few chapters but it's up to someone else to rip them. Bato is the best place to keep up to date with ripped chapters.
