Well, this work is completed and if you're pondering on reading it, be aware that this will go into the nitty gritty details of surgery. Expect big words to be thrown at you, but also, and this is important, expect little foot notes to explain a lot of them.

The fantastical element, "Ronnie," in this is pretty tame, especially because this work takes some time to establish that Mr. Main Character isn't inept without Ronnie.

The stupidest thing about reading this is that it takes the high-school drama of "I'm a sophomore, so I'm superior to you freshmen!" nonsense -> raises it up to 11 and places it in a hospital. With that said, there is some of it that happens that is passable, but it often goes a bit too far. How far? There is a "main bad guy" of sorts...
Thing is, and I can't stress this enough: he starts off actually reasonable. Instead of things moving along, he starts to make less sense. Sure, I can get behind the concept of a grudge, all in all, but that's not where it stops - because if it didn't, I wouldn't even mention it.

Overall, it's a nice read and you can learn some something about medical science and medical technologies. 7/10 - also I'm not IGN; that's a good score.

One of the stupidest things that KEEP HAPPENING in works is where Mr. Main Character has HUGE advantage -> and instead of winning, they talk or wait or some other stupid thing and the bad guy gets to extend their stay. That did NOT happen and I'm so happy.

I mean, it WAS working... Incomplete or not, it had an effect. Nuke him with it enough, maybe?

I recommend this... just be wary that the genre of "tragedy" isn't a joke. "Horror" is accurate too and it might need "psychological." This work does what it sets out to do and does it amazingly well.

I took off one point because I am not the smartest and I didn't fully comprehend some things towards the end.

Still, 9/10 is amazing - and I'm not IGN. IGN would be like "9.9 It's got a little something for every-" NO. STOP. This manhwa is not for everyone. Brace yourself for a heavy read and keep at it.

If you like the genre, read it. You'll enjoy it.
If you don't like the genre but are curious and want to give it a try, read it. This might sell you on the genre.

Well, look at it from Mr. Main Character's perspective: is it true? There is no definitive proof of it. The old man can just have special artifacts that give him abilities to pull all this off. The ability to teleport around the world is rare, but it can't be impossible due to how the world is. And this "whole projection" thing can also be an artifact, or combination of artifacts. His origins are very unknown.

Like, imagine if some guy walked up to you and said "this world is a game. A fake world. Think about it... does it seem realistic what's been happening? Have you seen *example of some nonsense happening in the world*? Does that sound real? Here." he hands you a gun "kill 2000 people and you'll be able to log out."

You should look at this guy and be like "is this guy mentally okay? Should I call the cops? He gave me a gun and he is casually inciting the mass murderererererer of 2000 people. I should call the cops."

Sure, in the manhwa, things are more fantastical, but it's the same thing. Instead of 2,000 people, would you kill your little sister, an innocent child, to do this "log out" thing he speaks of? I wouldn't.
