That fits Kirari. RPS for a three way power struggle. Connecting simplified game rules to a larger meaning. The pieces are cute too.

Implying that Juraku will be able to do something fucked up means there's more to the game. I'm guessing it's a combination with three kingdoms where you are simultaneously attacking and defending against the opponents. Rather than a game that prevents people from ganging up, Kirari would increase the risk to make the conflict more direct.
