And you don't need all those sea kings for just 2 ships (Noah & Pluton in Wano)
So maybe:
- The ancient people were preparing for the sinking
- They built an indestructible(almost) ship, capable of mass destruction : Pluton
- They sent it to their most defendable base : Wano
- They also built a civilian version of Pluton that they sent to Fishman Island, so that they could safeguard it too
- Managed to get the plans away to Water 7, so they can build more
- They would effectively be able to build a great fleet of Plutons and Noahs, based on the condition that they win against the alliance of nations that is now the WG
- But we know that they lost
- The Mother Flame, from what we saw, would be a perfect way to destroy ship armadas
- So maybe Uranus is something like a flying fortress, or a flying ship, that would protect the rest of the fleet from up there? And also establish a link with the sky islands?
- All the now shunned races were those who were on the side of the ancient kingdom, like the Minks, Zunisha, the Bucaneers, and also possibly the fishmen.
