Well this kingdoms doomed. Now that the dukes been marked a traitor he has no reason to listen to you and so he and his soldiers are now no longer under you in this bigass war you're fighting.
Being a dukes family that's a significant loss already, but to make matters worse you've also lost the MC and all of his individual might and knowledge. On top of that his connections to the elves and the adventurers will make them against you as well (the adventurers (war mercenaries) being the more important issue at the moment), so that's another significant loss of forces in the war that you were already outmatched for.

And if you think that there won't be a war because you sold Anastasia to the enemy commander, you'll be in for a world of hurt if she doesn't make it to the commander. (yes we all know MCs gonna save her but the dipshit prince isn't bright enough to see that far, thus IF)
and who's to say he'd actually stop even if he did get her.
That would be bad enough because you're still fighting the war as is with a couple significant losses to your forces. However if she chooses to fight back would have all those lost forces against you in another battle that you don't have the forces to handle.
and just because this commander is a POS doesn't mean that the emperor above him is, so if Ana and MC's forces join up with the empires then you're extra screwed.

And, to think, all of this is just because you couldn't move on after getting your ass handed to you while trying to collaboratively bully one girl for the sake of another.
