It's just about dependant. When someone is so dependant toward someone he/she close with, they just rely with their close someone and does not make any decision by him/herself all the time. Thus made them unable to decide for themselves. When that happens, the dependant people became really weak mentally/ psychologically. They became easily afraid without their close someone. To the dependant people, their close people is their world. Everything that their close people said are right no matter what to them.
