1) Good mc which doesn't follow most cliche or is a beta male

2) Good art with good cast of characters

3) Densely packed series each episode bring sin new plot information which doesn't make you burned out of reading

4) Comedy is not forced but is naturally integrated within the writting.

The only bad points I can say is that I don't like the way arcs are introduced with them suddenly showing you the climax then saying "Lets Get back 4 days before this happened"
