I mysteriously read up to chapter 9...and I don't know why... πŸ˜…

I'll check back if I actually make it further.

I know... But his skills with medicine are still even more amazing... Medicine requires having an extensive memory recall capacity, and he probably had his abilities enhanced by his reincarnation.

The Three Kingdoms Era history was probably his hobby, and like every good nerd, obviously spent significant time on his hobby. Also, if he was a Zhuge fan... Of course he probably would have worked hard to remember and understand the strategies. πŸ€”

That's why even now, an outbreak ends up becoming a humanitarian crisis.

Haiti is one of the more notable instances where they failed to maintain the proper procedures in recent history.

My background is mainly in books, so, to me, the art is simply nice window dressing on the story.

It's nice when the art is well executed, but if the story doesn't bolster and or contribute to the Art, then I don't see a reason to keep on with the work.

I'd rather see the artists work on something that actually makes their skills shine even more, than see an artist pulled down by a terrible writer... And equally , I don't appreciate a good writer getting pulled down by a bad artist ... But at least a good writer can survive bad art, since their skills are the body of the work, and the inspiration for people to make artwork depicting their story.

It's sort of like how you can easily survive most papercuts, but your body can't survive without it's major organs for long.
A good story survives despite the external damages, but a bad story can't be saved by a pretty face.

At best the pretty face makes it easier to look at when it dies.

Brutal? Perhaps... But that's how I see it.

Pleasant disappointment is really hard to achieve though, so I am even more appreciative of those who can pull it off. 🀣

Rest for Two months... That's some good medicine.

For people complaining about him throwing money around like that... You probably don't recognize the sheer quantities of privilege you have to think that he's doing something stupid.

Are there people who try to take advantage of such generosity?

Without question there are such people... But those people are usually people who don't need such things to begin with.

Most people aren't poor because they want to be. They are poor because they're the victims of the greed of a minority. Greedy people are the ones who succeed in capitalism, and most people simply aren't that greedy, ironically.

However, promoting the perception of poor people being greedy, definitely benefits the truly greedy the most.

Nah.

The line of reasoning is sound.

Since you clearly exhibit a complete lack of comprehension of what I am speaking of.

I simply don't think you're worthy of anything more than the bare minimum of a response.

It's clear that you simply want a fight, and will do anything to get one, even if it's entirely manufactured.

Thereby living up to the term "Troll"

I'm simply bored with your clear inability to write anything new or fascinating.

You're welcome to believe you have won... Though I sincerely doubt you will ever be able to show this dialog to anyone and claim to have won anything.

Also, Perhaps learn about what I'm speaking of, before you assume my logic is flawed?

Or is such effort beyond your capacity?

For a Troll, you're not particularly sparkly.

But congrats on finding something I don't appreciate.

I suspect the one who is semi-literate is the one who relies on insulting a person's intelligence. πŸ€”

And yes, you are repeating yourself... With pretty much tha same words, like a gambler who expects a different result when the parameters haven't changed to their favor.

Behaving as though you have made some sort of Sherlock Holmes level proof by using a three letter word isn't actually that intelligent when you haven't added anything to the quote... If anything, I would suspect you don't know how quotes are actually supposed to be used when building an argument. πŸ€”

I personally hate quotes for my own reasons, but it boils down to how many different ways people expect them to be used, verses how many ways they can reliably be used for.

Also, I did provide evidence for my sole assumption. You simply did not like it, and have decided that it doesn't count. That's more of a problem that you decided exists than a problem I myself have, since I'm mostly here to be entertained...

Though honestly... I was hoping you'd be more creative with your vocabulary by this point. πŸ€”

You're really displeased by the Implication that you don't have pain tolerance, aren't you. 🀣

Assumptions are when a person is certain of their statements. I never directly asserted that I thought you couldn't handle pain, I simply guessed you might not be able to given how you seemed to perceive calling someone an "Emo girl on her period" was somehow an insult.

This is where the real assumption is:

Based on how you clearly thought that was an insult, I made a reasonable assumption that you haven't experienced the potential pain of being on a period either.

Then I selected examples of pain that anyone could potentially experience, even without a uterus, that may have caused a similar level of pain.

That aside... You really do seem to lack pain tolerance. Since you can't even maintain a relatively coherent dialog, without resorting to a key smash of sorts. πŸ€” You're clearly the more frustrated in this exchange after all. πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

Took you a while to formulate that response... More than 30 minutes.

1) if you really didn't care, why are you trying so hard to get a response as Trollish as yours have been?

2) Have I actually made assumptions, or have I carefully phrased implications?

Implication is not the same as an Assumption, since it leaves room for someone to prove otherwise after all. πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

3) what evidence are we speaking of?

Evidence is objectively observable by external parties. The only thing you have available is conjecture.

4) that is a fascinating nonargument pointπŸ€”

Keep on trying, maybe you'll realize how silly you are being if this exchange goes on long enough. πŸ˜‚

Distraction is a wonderful technique in fights... And pretty clothes are regularly used for distracting anyways... The MC isn't exactly intending to use her apparel for this specific purpose, but is using them for it in general though. πŸ˜‚

Hmmm... How old do you suspect I am? πŸ€”

Also, the way I've worded my responses, hasn't been nearly as abrasive nor accusatory as yours...

Basically...Your responses have been rather childish in nature.

Not to mention that You seem upset by rather small things too.

Why would I need to justify myself to some random internet Troll. It's not like there's any benefit for me. Not to mention that it's far more entertaining to see how you will respond. 🀣

The same goes for you though.πŸ€”

You have assumed greatly, at what I would do this entire time.

I simply ignored it, because watching you dig your own Trolling Hole was entertaining. πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

You want a berserker, when the MC is canonically a nerd. 🀣

I appreciate the author for actually keeping the MC consistent with their back story.

Also, can you, with full confidence, and without bluster or embellishments, claim you yourself wouldn't "Mope around like some goth chick on her period" if your own mom was murdered in front of you?

You're a rather privileged Troll, to think that the Goth Chick does not have a great reason to mope around by the way... I bet you'd do the same if a major organ of your body went through a rapid round of grow, and eject every month too.

Ever had a kidney stone, or perhaps appendicitis? If not then perhaps had to deal with one of the diseases with painful treatments... Or donated bone tissue... πŸ€”

If not, then you can't say anything about your pain tolerance.

You probably wouldn't even be able to handle a simple colonoscopy πŸ€”πŸ€£

Ever heard of Book smarts verses Street Smarts?

The MC is Book Smart, comes from a rather sheltered background, and until recently, was doing his best to pretend he wasn't actually a part of Murim.
So, it's actually 100% realistic that he doesn't know how to do Qigong, and not everyone flies into rages at the death of those they care about.
