This grim tale began, like, 10 minutes ago as of writing this.

I was passively scrolling through my favourite piracy aggregator site MangaKatana, sifting past the oceans of cliche romcoms, self-insert bait isekais and other various lumps of dogshit afflicted with Bubonic Super-Aids, when my wise, powerful, uber-masculine gaze fell upon this.

"A new manga?", I uttered to myself. The description made it sound like the fantasy of some ugly girl who gets bullied in school by hot girls and wants to have control over society Queen Elizabeth style, minus Queen Elizabeth's insane aura and just the lame parts- but I pride myself on being a VERY REASONABLE AND OPEN-MINDED INDIVIDUAL who of course, does not judge a book by its cover.

So, I pressed the 'First Chapter' button and then it happened. As soon as I tapped, I felt a wave of fatigue wash over me, as if I had once again just went through a hard day of laying in bed all day and jerking off, but this feeling didn't carry the usual self-loathing and suicidal ideation that exhaustion usually gave me, no.

This... was something that filled me with dread.

I scrolled and looked upon the coloured pages, and recoiled like a vampire with the sun shining upon them at the sight of the bitch sitting on a throne gazing at me and the two catgirls that look like they'd lose to the average English roadman in the fight but most likely were autistically strong despite being dainty catwomen because, well, t-they just are okay?

My suspicions began here- this series had no soul. That it was not a creation, but a mere collection of lines and shading invented by someone- no, something lesser in mind than even a tardigrade. But I pushed on- "I'm just imagining things", I said to myself. "It can't be that bad." I was mistaken.

I scrolled down more, and bore witness to the incredibly boring introduction of this game our protagonist is playing: Boot Hour, Shoot Curse. The stupid name reminded me of Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, but unlike that kino game, this was hollow. The dread worsened.

I scrolled down more, and saw a horrifying sight.

"AN MMORPG made by one of the most famous developers."

And that was it. No other description of these "developers". No studio name, no past titles, nothing.

It was at this point I realised my soul was being eroded. My first thought as to why? My rampant racism towards Romanians coming back to bite me in the form of a random gypsy casting a curse upon my soul- then I remembered that I didn't have enough hair to make a voodoo doll out of due to my Norwood IV, so it wasn't possible to get cursed by a gypsy. No, it was because of this MANGA.

With every drawing I looked upon, I was losing pieces of myself. With every line, my braincells. I stopped reading, fearing for my eternal soul.

This series... do not read it. 0/10.
