i think he said it needs a few minutes to regen limbs without a potion and the boost to all the stats was even bigger with the ogre essence and if he is almost dead then the enemy can easily hit the heart while with an ogre essence he has massive resistance to attacks and he even has an attack still.
plus i would guess he will get the troll essence later on too and that has the ability to regenerate limbs too and even regen the heart or brain(im guessing that because he said that only while the cooldown of the super regen skill is active can they kill him by destroying the heart and brain)

we saw him in a backflash of amo with his way to and from the sphere which was the "person" with the wings which look a lot like the wings from his puppet

but we already know that the coat, gloves and shoes are of the series and the villain guy assuming the choker guy has a watchman series means that the villain guy probably knows that there are more than 3 parts of the series. Another point for villain guy knowing there is more than 3 would also be that one of his main goals is to get all watchman items but he didnt take the 3 at that time, probably because he knows it wouldnt matter because there are more than that

i feel like the incentive to take the quest seriously is the reward

how are there people that were there before mc and his group though if time is frozen then everybody would need to get to the peak until other people are able to come into this world
