I agree on that with Lloyd. It actually made a lot of sense. But not with Makoto... Makoto is the result of two hyumans that arent't meant to even survive in the Origin World -Earth-, having children. They were lucky with their oldest and youngest children born healthy, but Makoto wasn't that lucky. Can't remember if it was either Root or Daikokuken that said our world is considered the Origin World and is the most hostile environment for life to bloom in any world/universe. If we take into consideration that hyumans are a lesser copy of humans from Earth and they will have a more difficult time living here, then we can say that by hyuman genetic standards, Makoto was born with a genetic malformation that made him weak and ugly, which was provoked by the extreme environment in which he was conceived and born. A totally different scenario than Lloyd being a healthy but also an ugly turd-face dude.

Nope. His heart wasn't destroyed. After he made the three mana cores collide, he barely survived by obtaining a mana heart, which is special since he got it out of an extreme situation instead of constant and regular training. The dangerous part of removing Winter Butt out of him is that Winter Butt fused with his mana heart... and mana hearts reside within the physical space of the human heart. Thus, removing it will inevitably mean damaging his physical heart in one way or another.
