I feel like you've read the novel too, because if not, then you've just correctly guess her intension, if i remember correctly (I'm not sure if this is considered as a spoiler) alpha's plan is to get akira closer to her, to make him trust her so she can deceive and control him to some extent (?), the more akira rely on her the better, it's like a long term psychological taming (I'm not sure what that means, but that sounds right)...

Although I've read the novel years ago, i don't really remember this happening (akira helping on another bounty), i feel like I'm reading a somewhat different timeline in here...

I too for some reason couldn't really understand love very much... Was it because I'm fine without someone else (girlfriend) in my life and i prefer/rather to be alone most of the time? Or I'm just not interested since i always believe I don't really deserve someone and they be off with someone else who's better than me?
Either way, for 5 years of wondering about it, i made no progress in understanding love from someone else, so i began to think that maybe, love is something that needs attention, affection, understanding, pleasure, and money to keep going... Which in my opinion is a waste of time that i rather do something else than spend my time with someone else...
