This is a good ass comment because, I believe everybody will agree with the fact that reading a good story, and looking forward to it is pretty rare nowadays. Most other stories sometimes actually feel like more of a chore, and the only reason we read those is because we're too far into the rabbit hole to stop the grind

In my opinion it was all kind of worth it but got ruined last second. Eleonora was the only person who helped the world actually progress from its halted standpoint and allowed for technological evolution. The way she went about it though is not bad or good, again in own opinion. She could have used criminals on death row instead kidnapping civvies for example. At that point so many lives were ruined and many killed, at least finish the experiment so it doesn't feel like they died for nothing
