Last chapter was over 3 years ago.

I barely remember it myself but what I do remember:

He was a genius swordsman with memories of his past life, when he was younger he had a fight with the strongest swordsman in the world and wins but it crippled him and he is stuck in a wheelchair.

Lotta people treat him poorly since he is bound to a wheelchair but he improves his skills in secret, takes a disciple and trains her.

He is able to move with his Qi, but I think he eventually heals himself so he can walk like normal (But I'm not 100% sure about that)

Then he attempts to cut the moon (Something he has always wanted to do) and free's his "World" from the sealed space it had been put in previously, opening it up to the rest of the world.

And he started to revisit old locations to get more powerful.

EDIT: apparently it got an anime, but I don't think it was ever dubbed into english. No idea how good it is.
