He can make minor changes of iteams/objects using his stigma power.

I rare cases he can like unlock a secret iteam powerup but that's basically where it ends.

He can't just wish for someone to become powerfull or die.

As for the brother, that the timeline for the demon seed is already pushed forward by the 'co-author' much sooner than it shojld normally be. so can't really do anything about that either.
