Agreed, if you're faster, stronger, better reflexes, etc iow have a pure physical advantage you can exploit if you're cautious even if the other person created it or ranked a higher belt doesn't mean they beat you every time. The only thing that may offset these physical advantages and only in a limited somewhat scenario is to ambush, sometimes experience, and if a person is a "genius" in that field but physical advantages with caution (if the person isn't cocky or overextend themselves) is still a major advantage.

When I was picking up Taekwondo-Do on the side in college, there was this this super quick red belt who was dominating the black belts in sparring with little effort. The black belts had years in it with a lot of sparring but the red belt guy was still in his first year. I was a red belt at the time as well and got dominated by that red belt (long as we kept purely in Taekwondo, but he was great in all the striking martial arts but above average in grappling, but we became friends and I helped recruit him to the martial arts club on campus of the time) but could hold my own against most of the black belts mainly due to the fact I sparred in other forms of martial arts and was more athletic than most of them at the time too. Just because a person created the style or have more experience in it doesn't mean they can execute it against all opponents all the time, I think speed and general athleticism is a big advantage as long as you get some time to spar in striking and power/strength if you grapple, the best example I can give of this is some of the female black belts were very skilled but an average guy with about 1 month of sparring exposure will hold their own in most cases vs these women due to the inherit physical advantages men have over women.

Agreed, if more people thought like her then there would be far less violent and sexual crimes as society won't tolerate such repeat offenders. For those who want to admonish her and those of us who agree with her methodology I bet if the victims of her victims were doing it to them or their friends/family repeatedly that they'd feel relieved that a sudden "fall" breaks them of their habit.

I remember reading a weird stat about the USA that claimed if a person planned a first degree murder they get away with it hair over 60% chance but if they do more then their ability to get away drops to 35% approximately due to the police having enough info to put together a pattern. I know in the USA we have some criminals with double digit felony offenses involving violence (imagine the ones not reported as well...), well imagine if society decides after two such events the third strike equals execution? I feel she's similar in the sense the people she's "dropping" have way more than two offenses and they seem to live only to relish in misery to the level of destroying other people so I don't feel the least bit sorry that they get to feel the "gravity" of her concern.

Nope she's a sociopath due to her being mentally warped/changed by trauma. Psychopaths sadly are natural in nature with no remorse or need to agree with others unless it benefits them only with zero concerns about anyone else, she agrees and feels some guilt, which means she's simply lost but not completely lost (for example she can be "guilted" back into acting a social norm vs only doing social norms so she can get away enough to the next act). Not much of a difference, but enough that they can categorize it such.

We know if a person views Takamine in different levels of nudity she may be able to rewind time but not erase memories. I wonder if this applies to videos/pictures or does she have to see directly? What pebble girl might not know is that Takamine can rewind time and can eliminate much of the blackmail material with it. So getting rid of her isn't the problem, it's a matter of if they want to get rid of her.

Since Lua is dead her body temperature is room temperature therefore a trap can be designed where the trigger is based on sudden added presence of the invading teleporter. There is a video of how long it seems she reacts to teleport and they may use that window/cycle to setup an explosive that activates as soon as her body temp is detected or even air pressure changes (we don't know if in a contained room if she tp's in if her body displaces the air space enough to increase the air pressure with in the room which would allow them to setup a trigger for the trap). There is some good creative leeway such as if she tp's in she won't most likely tp out immediately she'll instead come in to confirm/verify that Lua is really dead. Guns might work as well, but what may be the better trap is some form of vacuum so if she tp's in then without a pressure suit she will go into shock allowing them to capture and maybe even torture her.

They'll have better software to get trace info from even grainy videos in the future. I expect in the future there will be ways for them to recover what they need even from inferior gear and reconstruct the video with filters that will restore enough that they would be able to identify people like her with even the slightest amount of flesh showing. We also need to keep in mind that not all recordings will be limited to our visual acuity neither, it may go into other spectrum thus allowing them to identify her similar to like how some movies show people being identified that are infected, while movies are fictional, I believe they are usually some of the basis on how tech evolves and gets deployed.

Her first problem is she's carrying a cellphone which most likely pings the nearest towers so eventually if she becomes too much of an attention seeker the government gets involved with their resources which means they'll try to connect the various teleports to what towers get pinged moments after then use the ESN to pinpoint her location. If she's smart she keeps the phone powered off, turns off all wireless capabilities, and uses VPN to search her targets on different devices at a different location if possibly out of camera range or from a distance (ie using one at the home isn't secure enough even with a VPN). I don't remember how far she's able to teleport but if possible she should do her research in another country before hitting her target and dispose of the device getting another cheap device paid in cash so it'd at least make the electronic paper trail pretty worthless.

It depends on the notoriety of the criminal, the media's portray of the crime/victim, and how they're executed it requires the full combo. For example if the criminal shows no remorse, indifference, or worse glee then the public might not mind so much the perp suffers multiple times and slowly. The type of criminals she's going after so far would not solicit too much sympathy from the average crowd, in fact they'd maybe even say "good riddance you FAFO'd yourself".

The thing is she should finish asap because each time she exposes herself therefore eventually someone may come out with a counter to harm or catch her too. She "oneshots" them then odds are the next target might not know that they're next and won't prep while vs if she does multiple visits then the perp might know it's over for themselves but would cooperate with others to make sure she falls with them.

Lets face it forensic evidence gathering evolves over time. In the past blood evidence showed a person was wounded on the scene, then it allowed them to identify a blood type evidence, and then later DNA. In this case her eyes showed, if there were any hi-def cameras then eventually in the future it may be enough evidence to be able to use tech to get a retinal pattern to nail her later.

She acts like she doesn't want to kill but her actions shows she does. She should have stayed discrete as much as possible and tried to get herself dismissed to the level of internet rumors and urban legends vs confirming her power and existence.

The problem is if the data gets into the database, then that won't matter, her main problem is she needs to be far more discrete and should have made it look like she exists only online among the conspiracy crowd vs confirming her talent and therefore her existence.
