It isn't that I like that part and more so b/c of the circumstances. Now that she has become a half-spirit, any normal human would die way before she does. Now for my opinion with the full knowledge, I hate that they went with the mmc becoming human instead of making fmc a full spirit. It ruins the whole "you are the only one for me" thing going on. I can look past a guardian doing this if there is basis for the relationship outside of feelings, this however, got rid of that reason.
