i think i know which necromancy class you'd major in.

we all know that is bullocks. they just want them to focus on 1 thing because they might not be talented enough to spend time on other skills and if you chase 2 rabbits you will catch neither is in their minds 24/7.
but we know that mc is too talented to only be focussing on 1 thing. when you want to go from being a necroboi to being a necromancer and even a necro lord or lich king in the future. you gotta master all of it, you cant half-ass summoning and go full in on cursing, or poisoning or spirit communications, or death summoning, or body strengthening. you gotta do all of it. so that you have 0 weaknesses. like imagine having to fight a horde of like 5million skeletons, thinking you can go after the necromancer and then the mfker kicks your ass, curses you, poisons you, sends ghasts and ghouls after you giving you nightmares, gives you hemmorage. that sounds like a raid boss.

okay so far we have,
nr1 summonology,
nr2 magic combat(fitness)
nr3 katalogy
nr4 hematology
and maybe darkness?
this is gonna be an intresting race. but i think we all know whats gonna happen right? i bet he is gonna choose them all

when i first saw him i was hoping he was gonna be like the rival of mc like in the manhwa "reformation of the deadbeat noble" but then i remembered not every story is like that.

the supporter cant directly attack, they can attack with curses and skellies and poison and... throwing a kitchen sink but they cant cast attacking spells. this indeed does feel like lazy writing. but maybe its good for character development who knows.

well think of it like this, if a person who has general knowleadge about fighting and swords is asked to suddenly learn how to fight using a sword will strugle in the beginning. even if you give him a fancy sword he will still need to learn and master the basics. mc might have gotten a shiny boost to his core but he is still an amateur.
