Ever since reading the spoilers "The Nameless One" posted last chapter about the differences in the MCs personality between the manhwa and the novel, I feel disappointed that we don't have more of the novel's personality. I think that personality would elevate the series and provide more dynamics then just a battle junkie lunatic (which is one of the most common character archetypes). All in all, still one of my favorite series.

Oooof. MCs older brother had a terrible read one why the others left early. However, he was spot on about how the MC killed the Soul Absorbing Demon. He just didn't realize that the Sky Heaven Leader didn't help voluntarily.

It seems we are due for a backstory on Kreplin's reasons for doing what he is doing. No way you have the older daughter just sacrifice herself willingly without going there.

They might make the rest look like light work, but that would be a mistake. They have top tier mages and a very strong knight order. In no way should this guy dying be the downfall of the enemies army.

I was with you on the arrogance line of thought until he noticed that he left the girl unprotected in the inn. He then proceeded to be bullheaded again and disregarded the MCs super simple advice regarding focusing on protecting the client. He disregards the advice for no real reason outside of wanting to show off (which he JUST did and failed at). That is incompetence. He just saw how wrong he was and is now doubling down.

The old man is incompetent to the point it isn't even believable. The writing for this part isn't great. We don't have to make people absolutely brain dead to make the MC appear smart.

So did his teacher (old dude in the carriage) march through the blizzard or did he stay in the carriage. Either way, it seems like he will have a hard time.

He used a quarter of the power of the strongest person in the universe. His uncle is obviously strong, but lets not pretend he was advertised to be on the same level as the legends of old. There is a good chance he isn't even the strongest knight in the current era.

It makes even more sense because the main chain seems to inherently counter mana hearts at lower levels. The MC having all the knowledge and experience of the mana heart still had trouble with the mana rebound when clashing with mana chains

I like all the princesses titles. Pheonia is the princess of charity aka a nice and generous person. Persica is the princess of wisdom aka a smart person. Selaha is the princess of ice aka a bitch.

We can't support a MC who shoots people in the dick.
