Goblin slayer is heavily based on D&D but in the old rules you could only wear 3 magic rings & some utility rings can have some nasty combat penalties hence not knowing what the penalties are best to unequip it :p

I like the angel one it's really clever "soft lie" with an angel with it's wings clipped signifies loss of freedom.
For those who don't know freedom is the soft lie we were all told in school when you leave school to pursue your dreams you realise you aren't free at all you are in fact set to go down a pre-deteremined path that no matter how hard you try you'll never breakaway from it & if you do life will screw you SO HARD you'll regret even daring questioning your fate.
