No, the in game timeline was different than the one that is happening in the real world. That's why mc says murim invaded the lower floors much earlier than they should've in the game version of the tower. Also the dev said that the final floor of the tower was going to be different not the one were in rn. which means it won't be the dragon that he fought in the first chapter or at least it'll be a different type of level.All other levels are already changing thanks to the influence of mc, so the level change doesn't really have much weight to it, though it does mean that it'll be a while new place that mc doesn't know

From what we've seen so far, the only people that we've seen manipulate time to any extent is the high ranking demons since they do a time stop whenever they appear. My guess is he'll probably use demon lord powers to go back in time or use some sort of item combination like does all the time.
