I really like the clock symbolism. I think it resembles the time when Yuu-kun and Koi-chan are together, it stopped when she left but now that they are together again, it resumes ticking. I also really hope to see Koi-chan win although I know Niina-chan will be the one winning in the end based on how these type of mangas usually go. The reason Koi-chan become a mangaka is probably because of Yuu-kun, she probably want to draw manga so that she can still remembers the days she spent with Yuu-kun reading manga together and also let Yuu-kun read her works.

For future readers who decide to drop the manga after one or two chapters, please don't. The real plot starts at Chapter 4.
