So... I messed around with ChatGPT just to have a feel about that fight
ASSUMING the humanoid Golem is 6 meters tall (~20 feet), a diameter of 2.5 meters (8 feet), the volume is somewhere around 30m³ (~1060ft³)
And assuming mithril is lightweight and strong, with density of ~7000kg/m³ (steel is ~7850, while Titanium is ~4500)

If the golem is made of pure mithril, it's gonna measure in 7000kg/m³ × 30m³ = 210.000kg
If the golem is hollow, say, a 30cm thick armor, basically it'll end up in 90.000kg - 57% lighter, but still a behemoth

I tried putting the target height as "the highest possible point in space" which GPT translated to "Kármán Line" (100km from the surface)
Basically the speed of the launch is [v = √2gh] so it's something like 1400m/s to launch
It takes ~2.4 minutes to reach up there, with an energy requirement of 205.8GJ, equivalent of a rocket

Falling back to earth from 100km is gonna be a massive hit, possibly achieving Mach 1 (calculated with drag and air resistance)
The impact energy is calculated at 9.45GJ, about 2.25 tons of TNT, creating a crater of 10-20 meters wide
It takes a total of 5 minutes round trip, which seems plausible considering the bears get sleepy at the end
