Melinda just wants to have fun doing prophecy stuff I think, but had to stay overnight to organize the festival matters.

I think this is Melinda's kind of way to escape the role of Desmond. It has probably taken a toll on her and doing fortune telling is her way of being free. I also like how Damian feels comfortable with Anya, that he doesn't need to be a perfect Desmond around her. But that begs the question why is Donovan so fixated on his family being perfect?

It took over a hundred chapters but Loid is finally getting rewarded for Operation Strix. Anya's such a social butterfly that she's become an unlikely friend to so many kids. Plan B is still going Strong! And Plan C just got interesting.

This feels like a chapter that sets the scene for the next 5-15 chapters. It does show how Loid has done his homework, and is prepared for opportunities. Anya is looking to help while thinking "Dad never stops working." Yor on the other hand accidentally possibly lands the biggest win.

  So given the glimpses of her ability to comprehend situations easily due to her mind reading, she wouldn't have to go through an overly meticulous analysis like how Loid does just to become the best spy. So she likely doesn't have to suffer from overthinking unlike Loidy.
