But I'm thinking, maybe Yona suddenly thought of something there? Since her face is horror strike when she thought "wait". That time when she kept having dreams about the future, she kept seeing a world without Hak where she was the queen. Is she thinking this would be leading to that future, since this is the course of events the dragon gods would've definitely taken no matter what? I was thinking this the whole time. Hak was going to be on the scale from the beginning, since he is the majority of the reason Yona wants to go back to earth to begin with.
And I'm positive the prophecy is not from the dragon gods' perspective. Maybe it's from the crimson dragon's perspective when he was still a dragon god. Something is going to come out of that prophecy in Su-won's brain.

Fuck around and find out. I'm not sure why so many authors have antagonistic characters not learn from that rule and the mistakes they themselves or others in their stories have made. It's a pretty tired trope. Characters that struggle to find 2 braincells to rub together and are surprised by the consequences of their actions. Every action the MC has taken up to this point has been ruthless, necessarily so in the setting, but anyone with half a thought for anything other than their own ignorance and arrogance would know to tread carefully and not unnecessarily antagonise him without being willing to pit their lives against him and his (the cult, etc).

I still enjoy the story and art, but it does just feel like things are on repeat, just with different fodder causing the issues. Lol.
