Anyway that is not the case. Like OMG no. I mean to a degree if something is wanted then something would not be stalking or sexual harassment. Like married couples aren't stalking or sexually harrassing each other because their attention and sexuality is mutually desired. But beyond that, staring at someone you like when you happen to be in the same room is not "stalking".
