those poor corpses, getting gangraped like that. i think it's best we just cut our loses and turn around seeing as there are no survivors. no but seriously let's not sugarcoat the events that happened. they were being gangraped by the orcs, not tortured. although one could still call it torture, calling it as such completely waters down what they went through. those are clearly only women and their tits are clearly seen dangling out their ripped clothes. they were being raped. i wish this manga would stop with the childish censorship of words. let's not pretend like this is some moral world where rape is a no go but slavery, murder, brainwashing and kidnapping children from other worlds to force them to fight wars for your nation is perfectly okay. for fucks sake there's blood in nearly every chapter and scenes of carnage here and there but the one line that's not allowed to be crossed is saying someone got raped? fuck off with your fuck pg13 nonsense.

  While I'm not sure where this was made some countries do have harsh restrictions on certain things in their manga. Edit... Had a brain fart this is obviously from Japan. Which um. Redo of healer that's all I need to say

maybe for u, but think about it in asuka perspectives. BBD does give a good point. Normally for an experience person they would test the water and look at what works. But asuka is isn't experiennced enough to do so. Often you can see trait of him being impulsive in his behaviour. Plus think about it, the assasin is a human being that asuka assume himself able to attack, and comparing that assasin with a monster that is tens times larger, will he be able to think that he can defeat it? If in real battle I would also retreat and look for infomation before heading up attacking the monster.

Actually, in a fight like that one where there are many important things on the line, I don't think it was possible for Vlad to hold back. Showing mercy on someone is difficult, especially so if they are equal or greater in power, where slowing your blade down even slightly could be the difference between a victory and a quick defeat.

Vlad had to strike with the intent to kill, and he was only able to do that precisely because Godwin would step in if things got too heated—something the knights on Vlad's side would have done as well if the shoe were on the other foot. It was thanks to Godwin's presence and the statement of intervention ahead of time that allowed Vlad to attack without concern for the political repercussions for if Istvan died.
