To be honest it doesn't make much sense, she could have cook in the open with her equipment and out the food in her storage bag or you know, just use her freaking portable house.
She would need to find an open space that's also hidden, the size necessary means it likely would require a small fsrnland zone nearby, so not that easy (Medieval Fantasy, a farmer house wouldn't be THAT well done, and she's not a noble (faking it is 100% a crime, the likely scenario) to have a fancy house) If in open air, she would need to Cook in areas where MONSTERS can and will eventually pass around, cooking such dishes with attractive smell isn't smart if she wants quality. Another is that she would likely NEED to CREATE the necessary portable tables and chairs to work, and if she would create stuff such as high quality Flour and/or hard to acquire ingredients, MP wouldn't suffice.

Soap is a no brainer (Oil and Caustic Soda make the MOST BASIC soap) Also MC past life as a man was as a Researcher, since MC knows from memory the Chemical composition and structure of complex Medicine such as Influenza treatment ones, he was a Chemical/Pharmaceutical researcher, both can and would be involved with Beauty and skincare R&D, and some guys don't exactly slack with their skincare as well.

i don't understand one thing that sharing recipes doesn't actually make u stand out that much plus he is in a medieval era civilization they probably have their food and culture the author has no good knowledge about medieval era cultures and why treat side chars like they are annoying they haven't done anything bad to him all isekai mc are kind of rotten brain except few
just going to throw this out there but, cooking didn't become a profession until 1700s, cuisine didn't become a style until 1800's, and the first school was never made until 1873. The significance of someone having a recipe that could be on par with a 1st tier cook would be unimaginable unless the person is a professional cook themselves. These recipes would be highly safeguarded during a time where recipes ARE the PRESTIGE of heritage for a business. since we are talking about medieval being 1600 and before
Yea... Reading through this, it feels like a world mixed between 1700-1850 without guns as magic has become the stopgap for offensive means. While magic ingenuity has developed the world to a more comfortable lifestyle. I haven't gotten to the capital yet but things like springs would be classified as scientific where fridges in this are replaced by freeze magic. So it makes sense they lose out on development related to taste and materials as it's "easier to develop magic techniques"
i have read unit 36 or 37 chapters i kind of got bored of mc and his boring ways i actually read few chapters ahead too he seems to overreact too too much on small stuff and the cautiousness is like a joke
tbf, it seems the rape scene was due to mental manipulation magic... And after the soul inherited the body or recalled a different life, mc seem to have realized this. That would make sense for her to be cautious... At least until she gets the devilish skill later where it makes the MC immune to mental manipulation... But who knows
