A soldier in a militarily-advanced nation, Balzer had no problems gaining rank. However, his career takes a sudden turn when he's assigned as an adviser at a military school in a neighbouring allied nation. Struggling to manage with minimum military power at hand, inexperienced students to take care of, and civilian opposition against firearms to alleviate, will Major Balzer be able to win over the other soldiers, his charges and the civilians?
