After catching up I can say that I find this MC so fascinating. It's very rare for these regression types to be so well planned ahead and there's also how his successes are partially tied to side characters personal character development as opposed to just "Oh OP skill".
He challenges them to improve on their own and rarely commands as opposed to implies to the person, making them ask the questions inside themselves and learn that way. The challenge to change is almost more than they can sometimes take but, with his(occasionally ruthless🤭)assistance, these side characters can just about survive them.
However he is ruthless enough to have contingencies in case they don't succeed and I'm curious to see if that will happen with a major story arc character.
Tldr: I really like everything about this sweet(sadistic) MC. :D

The city's name is back to Gutten, but the demon's name changed to Marian then Mayril in this same chapter.
The male god name changed from Loot to Route.

This is why people keeps saying do not drink alcohol while on the job.
