Trying to bring in real world ethics into a fantasy world was a stupid thing for Placeholder to even bring up. Even stupider, saying that Hajime always has to "do something for others" and that makes him a bad person. He doesn't have to do a damn thing. This world has slavery and racism and all unfairness that is being taken out of ours. Trying to say that everyone either follows your rules or they're wrong, in a story that isn't even yours, is just childish and arrogant. And they're so many people that hate this guy that outnumber the people that agree with him, I just don't know why he tries anymore.
Hmmm i understand. But i am someone that looks deeply into story structure and logic. Not morale. Often there are some story that wronged their own logic that they created. So if there a story that have some of non sense plothole. Then... meh. I actually liked how angry hajime was.
